Do your products come fully assembled or will I need to install them myself?


Most of our products do not come fully assembled. However, smaller accessories will arrive ready to use, and some larger items may come in two or three pieces for safer delivery. Assembly instructions are always included to make setup quick and straightforward.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with missing parts?

If your order arrives damaged then you have the right to not accept delivery of it and we will ask our supplier so send out a new one. For items with any missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible so we can quickly assess the issue and arrange a replacement or send out any missing items right away.

How do I return an item?


If you’d like to return an item, simply email our customer service team with your order details and the reason for return. As we work directly with a number of trusted suppliers, returns are sent back to the supplier’s warehouse rather than to us directly.
